Residential Camps
Longsho organises biannual residential camps - in the summer and winter holidays - where Tibetan school children participate over a period of 1 to 2 weeks. Methods such as brainstorming, discussions, quizzes, games, role-plays, fun station games, drama, music and talent shows are used in the Longsho camp. The atmosphere created is very special - a feeling of being part of a group makes the young people come back and take an active role in Longsho. Having a bonding atmosphere allows the informal education to take place easily and thus inspires the young Tibetans to be leaders themselves.

The participants learnt about Tibetan history, Buddhism, TIbetan unique tradition and above all the importance of culture preservation.
